Mochachos Brackenhurst Terrible!

If I could give them less than 1 star I would. and here is the sad part of this. 1, Mochachos is my fav chicken franchise. 2, the Brackenhurst store is brand new. I recently purchased a Full Chicken mild at 4.35, trusting that what I would receive would be a fresh chicken. What I got though was an overcooked and dry chicken that tasted like cardboard. Of course the moment I saw this I went back to the store to complain, only to find them closed. I took pictures of the chicken, phoned the store the next day but because I no longer had the chicken (my family still had to eat) they refused to do anything about it or even look at the pictures I took. I am normally very forgiving, but the attitude and the fact that I know I was deliberately given an old chicken has me now questioning whether I will ever buy anything from this store again!
