Mochachos - Brackenhurst - Alberton - Worm in my salad

On Monday the 17/10/2022, i purchased a salad from Mochachos Brackenhurst Alberton via Mr D, there was a worm in my salad. I have given the salad back to the restaurant, and was asked to log an inquiry via Mr D, i have no feedback from Mr D but they rather ask how was there service.
