Mochachos Brackencity

Mochachos Bracken City - I have never been so angry in my life ! Food was denied to me after a snap scan due to their machine not printing a slip. I showed them the proof of it going off of my account and they couldn’t care less. Told me to leave my number for “incase” , what ever that means. Spoke to the owner , she was just as useless. I left empty handed and was told they would be in contact to ensure a refund. This is my final straw as every time I have been there, there has been an issue. This place is the worst Mochachos ever and is giving the good brand a terrible name !!!
