Mochachos Bracken City Poor quality

Each and every time I have ordered food from Mochachos bracken city through mrd app, the order is never correct. I don’t understand how difficult is it to read simple instructions like peri mayo dip and I receive food without this. Or put extra hot spice on the chips.

The managers and owners do nothing to fix this all they say is sorry. Owner is very arrogant as well. Pathetic customer service.

I love Mochachos but head office needs to look into the standard of this specific branch.
