Mochachos Braamfontein terrible service

<p>This has honestly been going on for waaaaaay to long now without any compliant. Yes Mochacos has great food and i enjoy it i stay in norwood and there are two mochacos near by that i order from on a regulat basis, Braamfontein mochachos has been terrible every time that i order not really the food but the sercvice. there was an indian man that use to manage the mochacos but as soon as he left all the problems s****ed and the manager himself now is not even rude but gives the i dont care attitute. These are problems i faced when getting food from them all on different occasions:</p> <p> </p> <p>-Food deliverly stated up to 45minutes but was delivered over an hour later (i have a certain time at work that my lunch is and i cannot afford to have my food late)</p> <p>-Asked for Chicken and rice and was given chicken strips and chips i had to physically walk to the mochacos to sort the order out where the manager or any of the staff did not even apologise to me.</p> <p>-No Chicken strips in stock.</p> <p>-Ordered a steak shwama the meat tasted as if it wasnt washed or cooked properly.</p> <p>-A friend of mines ordered chips and strips and was given chips and wings he then had to wait for his strips and chips as they still had no urgency.</p> <p>- They take very long to answer there calls any time of the day so they cannot even have the excuse that they are busy.</p> <p>-When deliverys are given the people do not have small change so you have to wait for them to take your money to there shop and then bring it back which is about a 8minute delay.</p> <p>-I am not sure if this is against the mochacos rights or something but when i bring food back to them as a return and if they have an order for that food they just take it and give it to another customer.</p> <p> </p> <p>These asre just complaints i can think of from the top of my head there are surelyu more. The only reason as to why i still order from them is because they are Halaal and there food is not as unhealthy as some other places like macdonalds. Honestly terrible service and not once was they a apology or anything. </p>
