Mochachos Braamfontein Staff are ***********!

Ordered - A Totally different meal gets delivered! Not the first time this has happened. I call in and the lady purely lies and says the driver is 3 minutes away. I call back after more than 10 minutes. She states she called so I confirm this with my ladies at reception. They say no driver came back and the lady from Machachos kept asking for Kgomotso which is not me. So Machachos Braam staff does not know what they are doing. I call back for the umpteenth time. Speak to manager, my order is still not delivered. I call back AGAIN and can clearly hear the driver say he delivered my order ages ago. THE WRONG ORDER MEANING THE LADY WHOEVER SHE IS DID NOT TELL HIM ABOUT HIS ERROR OF THE INCORRECT DELIVERY and shows HER BLATANT LYING THAT MY ORDER WAS ON THE WAY AND THEN SUDDENLY ALREADY AT RECEPTION. Bearing in mind the driver is a super nice guy and fami**** to our staff. I am annoyed more at the *********** lady and not the driver mistakes happen. You are employing ****S. Terrible for the Mochachos brand to say the least! My colleagues have heard me on the phone super frustrated and now we will much rather take our money and spend it at PEDROS who is much cheaper. You have now lost a lot more than my R70.00.
