MOCHACHOS BOSMONT MUST FALL

I am so angry. I honestly wish that Mochachos in Bosmont could get new owners or new staff. They are really bringing down the name. This is like the 7th time they have messed up. Tonight I ordered 2x chicken burger combo meals and 1x bambino meal. They brought be 3x single hot burgers and 1× chips. How can a child eat a hot burger. The child was so hungry and they messed up and order and had to take it right back and change the meal. After they've taken almost an hour. When I called Mochachos and asked to speak to the manager or the owner. They said no one is there. There's never ever a manager or owner around when they mess up an order. The last time they took 1 and a half hours to bringy food I literally live 1km away, and when they brought my food they messed up my order again. And added two extra meals and expected me to pay for it. Whenever you call they person on the other end can hardly speak English. The delivery guy can hardly speak English. They are all foreigners, (I have nothing against foreigners) however I feel that some places hire certain foreigners because they don't have to pay them what they would have to pay a citizen. This is none of my business but becomes my business when I'm not getting a quality standard mochachos offers for my money. Their food is honeatly just getting worse. The chips are cooked in old oil they burgers are just thrown in the box. It's falling apart. The chips get throw over the burger. It's a complete mess. Sometimes the chips are stale and just heated up or half cooked in really hot old oil.

I honestly hope that Mochachos can do something about this. For the prices that you guys charge. We honestly expect better quality of service and food. Or for God sakes just remember the order.

Please sort this out as soon as possile.
