Mochachos Bedfordview - Bad delivery service
I placed an order for delivery on 14/09/2022 at 12:07. I was told that the driver would deliver by 13:00. I called at 13:00 to find out where the driver was. I was told that he was on his way. I am 3km away from the restaurant. I called again at 13:15 and again 13:25. As I phoned to cancel the order at 13:30 (as my lunch time was over) the driver arrived. Food was cold. The staff at the end of the line were friendly, but I dont think I deserve poor delivery and cold food in exchange for my money. Absolutely unfair (and I'm being polite).

I am happily sitting with a warm on time delivered meal. Much appreciated. Mochachos' ability to handles customers needs is something I will happy to brag about. Thank you to Mochachos and to Riaan.
