Mochachos

I am beyond DISGUSTED with Mochachos Bracken City!!!! I have never seen anything like this in my life!! You walk in the store there is chicken bones laying on the floor, chip packets, serviettes, coke all over the floor… etc. I ask to speak to the manager and ask if this is acceptable for the place to look like this, and explain to her it has put me off eating here, she then replies rudely and says well I asked the cashier to do it and she didn’t, instead of taking action and implementing something and till she doesn’t she just wasn’t phased. I ask if we can have the owner’s number and she says she can’t give it out, so I asked her to phone the owner and ask if I could speak to her over their phone since I couldn’t have her number the owner then tells her manager that we must leave our number and she will get back to us. Two months ago a similar scenario happened and she said she would phone me back cause I was so unhappy with their service to this day I am still waiting for a phone call back!!

If this is acceptable then I don’t know!!
