Lazy staff costing business money

Good day Could you kindly respond with contact details of the franchise owner of the branch at Grandwest as I believe his lazy staff is costing him a loss on turnover. They stay open till late but from 11 onwards they have no menu items available other than what the lazy staff wish to make quickly. It's the 3rd time now we are told they only have burgers available. What's the use of trading until 12 when your staff is only working until 11pm and then their lazy attitude kicks in?
