Lack of respect for people

I went to get supper at the outlet and I waited for 15 minutes while the cashier, a young Caucasian lady was chatting to two Caucasian males she was helping, no problem, another customer came in and stood next to the counter to check the menu, the waitress offered to help her instead. The other customer, a young Caucasian lady indicated that she found me there, the cashier then took my order and informed me my order would be ready in 20 minutes, after 25 minutes my order was called but not only was it not what I ordered, there was an extra quantity of one of the items. Standard pizza for a sub and an extra ice cream whereas I ordered one. The impact of this is that I payed using my business credit card and this resulted in exceeding the allowed amount for such an expense as per policy. The insincere apology given and the large pizza in replacement of the sub I had ordered doesn't cut it. I thought I should put it out there.
