Inconsiderate and rude staff

The delivery motor bike was parked across the up/down ramp for disabled people / trolleys, most inconsiderate to say the least. I asked the staff behind the counter to call the driver to move the vehicle. The driver rushed out to explain to me why he had parked as he had, and was quite aggressive in his explanation. I took the wind out of his sails and told him I was not interested in an explanation, all that I required was that he move the vehicle so I could get my trolley down the ramp, but he became quite belligerent. So, I asked the staff to call the manager, who, instead of just saying sorry and getting the vehicle moved, was at pains to point out that there was a reason for the vehicle blocking access, clearly marked in bright yellow. Quite clear that rules of the road are not something that Mochachos Vanderbijlpark take any notice of. The entire debacle could have so easily have been sorted with a 'sorry let me move the bike' instead of inconsequential justification of flaunting of the rules! <br> <br> When I informed the manager that it was my intention to report this on HelloPeter.com he could not be bothered.<br> <br> Rude staff at a new branch - not a good start!
