I placed an order with Mochacho's yesterday, i asked for delivery

I placed an order with Mochacho's yesterday, i asked for delivery. On receiving my order i spoke to the driver, i got told that the driver uses his own vehicle, his own petrol and only collects the tips that people give him. On asking the shop why am i being charged R20 for delivery but the money doesnt go to the person doing the delivery they could not tell me. I am very upset about this, i feel that the R20 delivery fee should go to the person doing the delivery.
