Hungry and disappointed by Mochachos

We ordered from Mochachos Braamfontein (via Mr Delivery), and the order was labeled incorrectly, and our requirements swapped around. We called the store several times, to try and correct the issue with them, but one of the people who answered the query before store manager Themba was called, said there was not much that can be done. What I do not understand, is how WE COULD NOT KNOW WHAT WE WANT.

I've ordered from Mochachos before. This is just disappointing.
