Horrible service by Mochachos Sunninghill

Tried for 20 minutes to get hold of the store in sunninghill. No answer... When i eventually went to the store and brought this to their attention, nobody cared to give a reason why and i was just stared at blankly. I was then also told my food would be 20mins - which, if my call was answered, would have eliminated the wait time. Highly dissapointing service! Do NOT recommend it to anyone.
