Horrible service

I placed my order at 11:30 in the hopes that it would be here by 12:30 which should be ample time as the delivery is a 10min drive away. at 12:12 I called to find out about the order and spoke to the \manager"who told me that the driver has left already and the he would be there in 5 min. I then called at 12:31 and spoke to a lady who told me she would call the driver to find out where he was. At 12:42 I called the lady back as she had still not gotten back to me and she advised me that she could not get hold of the driver. She told me that she would try again and called me back 5 min later to tell me that he was on his way to me. At 12:59"
