Horrible - New Redruth

We love this Mochachos, have been ordering here every week since February, but this last couple of weeks the food has been horrible. Very disappointing!! The chips are horrid! NON EDIBLE!! It even came to the point of me not ordering chips anymore. The taste is disgusting! Today we ordered shwarmas, the chips once again horrible- and the shwarma was cut right through, so upon picking it up, all the contents fell out. In a workshop with no knives and forks how must we eat this now? Please guys, fix this! We love your food in general but if it continues like this, we will no longer buy from you.
