Horrible Customer Service even from managers

The most shocking service ever. I found what looks like a cooked wasp or bee in my food, I called in to report it, Portia answered, gave the phone to Buhle who happens to be the manager, she told me they don't have bees in Carlswald. I was told to come to the office and get my money back, I was at the office and couldn't leave work. After countless pointless calls, Nomsa called, apologized and told me a driver is coming to give me the money back. The rude guy arrived, made a call and said something in his language, took a picture of the food and handed the money with an annoyed face. I will never order food here again, I am glad all my colleagues witnessed the whole thing.
