Hair in my food

i have been calling for the past almost 3 hours for someone to come and collect this food so that i can get my money back - i refuse to eat anything else from this branch or any other branch for that matter. i have found hair in my chicken and rice yet i have to wait so long for them to act. Unacceptable and unprofessional too. then the flippin lady that answers the phone (vukeka) is rather going on lunch and doing other things other than sorting my issue out - I'm really not impressed cause Ive been buying fro that branch for months now.
