Gateway Mochachos Horrible Experience

Mochachos Gateway - Such a horrible experience. Waited in a queue and was told to start standing in another one as they have misplaced signs. Waited almost 45 minutes to be served. When I went to collect my order I was told it would be ready in 15 minutes and then told my order was cancelled and refunded to me. The manager to proceeded to call me a **** and refused to listen to me despite me having my original receipt. I did not cancel or receive a refund. The manager proceeded to shout at me in front of all the other customers. He then took my slip and stormed off to see the camera footage. The owner of the establishment then arrived and proceeded to talk in an aggressive manner. He stated that he isn’t a regular person and is the owner. He was rude and said the refund wouldn’t make a dent in his pocket. They viewed the footage and refused to inform me of their findings. They finally gave me the refund and said that if I was more respectful they would have done anything for me.
