From Bad to Worse No-chachos!!!

On Friday, 22 January I once again purchased our office take away lunches from Mochachos in Rivonia, cause face it - their food is good! It is however mildly embarrassing and massively annoying that orders are not complete after waiting 20 minutes for it, plus having to give your slip to the manager for her to check and pack your order. There was a portion of chips missing (I know, big deal right?!) YES, driving, ordering, paying and waiting for something makes it a big deal, but my real complaint is THIS:<br> <br> a) There is no branch number printed on the till slip to inform them of their mistake and perhaps negotiate the meal for delivery or collection at another time. It is conveniently cut off after \Tel: 011"<br> b) After retrieving the number from the internet and calling it consistently for 15 minutes without it being answered"
