Fried chicken not grilled

<p>The Mochachos in trade route deep fry their chicken and then put it on the grill before serving.</p> <p>I love to eat at Mochachos and have noticed that the chicken is fried on all occassions. How I know that it is fried is the skin comes off the drumstick and I see the dark crisp side on the chicken leg which I always order.</p> <p>Someone senior needs to go and check this branch out as they do not sell" mexican flame grilled chicken" but fried chicken.</p>
