Food never recieved ordered via UberEats

Last night I ordered 3x chicken shawarma, beeg chips and buddy coke from Mochacos Northcliff using UberEats. The food was to arrive at 19:20. The UberEats driver named David arrived in a honda i10. He advises that he has given my order to the incorrect person and that he will be back shortly. Shortly thereafter he had cancelled the order and never returned. I then phoned Mochacos Northcliff to inform them that I had not received my order and that I would like my food. The Mochacos advised that they had already given David the food and that shortly after the order was cancelled at 19:50 Mochacos tells me that I cannot be given more food because the order had been cancelled and they would not receive their money I would like my money back or the food delivered to me today.
