Extremely BAD SERVICE

The order was completely wrong, as soon as I was done making the order with Mr D, I called the store and spoke to Guhu and gave her my order number and she confirmed the order. When the food arrived it was completely wrong and I called again and she gave her Manger, Lorraine I think and she told me it's not her problem there's nothing she can do, I must take it up with Mr D.. I told her but they make the food Mr D only delivers and I called to confirm way before it was done. Long story short, I drove all the way to Northcluff from Sophiatown and they still told me there's nothing they can do. I left the food there and they gladly took it back without having to make or give me the correct order. I want a refund and the store should PAY FOR MY PETROL..

I have just placed another order with a different store at Melville and again I had to pay.. It's pathetic.
