Dry & hard chicken

I ordered 6 chicken strips & chips via Uber eats. I ordered at 17h30, my food arrived at 18h28. The chicken & chips was hard & dry. The food was not fresh. The food seemed to be old food reheated & served. The meal was absolutely dissappointing.
