Dissapointing Service

Its with great disappointment that I write this review as I have always loved Mochachos Grosvenor and order quite regularly! Yesterday,the 29/05/2019 I ordered lunch to the value of R350 for a business meeting with prospect clients. When Mr D had delivered the food, the was a cooldrink short. The driver and I looked amongst his deliveries however there was a cooldrink missing, How embarrassing!!! How can our prospect clients trust us with millions when we cant even get a food order correct!!!!I called Grosvenor Mochachos and all I got was the run-around and they will "investigate" with Mr D. Its 24 hours later and no feedback has been provided. I hope it was worth losing a regular client over a cooldrink. For future reference-replacing a cooldrink was much cheaper than losing a future clients (as I will be spreading the word).Tax invoice #DFD ********** 5 should you require this info.
