Disgusting service Mochachos Northcliff Square

I ordered and took over an hour to receive when eating the chicken pieces and rice, the rice and chicken smelt rotten and tasted disgusting...I called and the manager and he asked for the meal back which I sent back...absolutely disgusting the way the meals are served...i asked the manager to get back to me which he never did...called the owner yunus which did not get back to me as well ...they don't care for their customers and the staff in store don't really care...really a dysfunctional environment to serve food in...while I was in the line many other customers were complaining as well and I have seen this with no improvement at this Mochachos over the last 5 years with no work ethics...really won't be ordering from here again...hope this message reaches the right person to resolve there issues...thanks
