Disgusting service from Mochachos Traderoute Mall Lenasia

On the 28 Jan 2022 I ordered from Mochachos Traderoute Mall in Lenasia for delivery. I called to place my order at 18:45 which then was told that it will take an hour for delivery. Waiting and waiting one and half hours later we called the store and they've advised the drivers left 45min ago which we found ridiculous and then asked for the Manager who then tells me that I should give him a few minutes to check on my order, 15min passed no feedback from the Manager which I then called again and he advised they could not get hold of any of there drivers and that he would have to remake the order and deliver it himself. We get our order at 20:55 and after opening the bag I see that my coldrink wasn't in there, and the Manager didn't have change and said to wait for him as he went to the local store to get change. Whilst the Manager went the Driver pitches up at 21:10 and I mentioned to him the Manager came to deliver my order which he then rep**** then it's ok (WITH NO WORRY IN THE WORLD!) then left. We then didn't leave it like this as this was disappointing and messing with my supper time aswell as my family time leaving my home open to get my food delivered so late. We called the store to complain about the terrible service and asking about our coldrink (Getting the coldrink at 21:40) no sense of care was given from the store which they then got the owner to call me and the owner mentioned its not from the store but from the company they deal with for deliveries. He has mentioned that he told his staff should an order go over an hour they should call the customer, however we got nothing to do with there drivers not delivering on time, we order food you give a time you deliver that time! What a chick the owner bribes us with a bottle of hot sauce that's the only answer that was given in this whole drama, and it's not like we spending just R50. The whole point is don't make your issues ours and there should be control month end or not!
