disgusting service and no apology from the branch manager

Ordered Mochachos on uber eats as they run specials ordered food at 5pm by 7pm I was still waiting for it to be delivered I then called the store who advised my food was ready had to then go fetch it , when I got there the manager then had a disagreement with me about the amount to pay, I advised as per the app this is the price, after looking at the specials and making me out to be a **** was then charged as per uber prices, the food was so cold he could not even offer fresh warm Chips has to take the two hour standing cold meal due to there error. I left there with not even a apology this is so disgusting wont be supporting them on Fridays anymore.
