Disgusting food

Ordered Food at the Grand West branch on the 1st August 2021 - I ordered a Burrito and chicken and Chicken and chips but instead received a FLAT wrap and chicken which tasted like the day before, when I laid a complaint I was asked if they could replace my meal which was such a disappointment for a first time client, the food left a terrible after taste and I ended up leaving the half "burrito" with the Cashier, your food is OVER PRICED and TERRIBLE or perhaps it's just the branch, your staff was having their own conversation using FOUL language and could not care less about the clients.. I waited 30min to 45mins for the worst food ever. Disappointed!!!!!!!!!!!
