Disgusting customer service and no listening skills

On friday the 22nd September I have has the most horrible and most unprofessional experience ever at mochachos trade route mall. I placed an order with the cashier and never received a till slip. The cashier then went to the bathroom When I followed up with my order with the manager on duty Fikile who refused to assist or understand me and advised that she needs the till slip for them to assist me I wasted almost an hour in the store and felt very embarrassed in front of other customers. I felt like I was being violated as I felt like they made it seem like im claiming food which someone else had purchased. I have even showed the lady the transaction that went off my account. I then demanded i want my money back and refused the food. I am going to post this disgusting attitude over all social media platforms about my Terrible experience. I was very hungry at the time and was in a hurry and I am a very regular customer at the store as well as friends and family.

I am extremely disappointed and will make sure that Mochachos loses many customers
