Disgusting and unhelpful customer service from gateway mochachos

Disgusting and inhumane customer service from the manager of the store. We ordered a beef burger and quesadillas. The order took 1 hour to arrive. We then find the burger is a lamb and not beef burger and the fillet was not fully cooked. We called the so called manager who came to us and claimed that the burger is a beef burger as confirmed by the griller. We told them to refund us the money as only 2 bites were taken from the burger. He blatantly Refused to do anything to compensate us!we also saw 2 other customers alerting them about their meals which was not up to standard. We left the store appalled and absolutely disgusted by the behaviour of the manager and the utter unhelpful attitude from him! Will never be eating at ANY mochachos stores ever again!!!!
