Disgusted with the service

Tried calling over a hour when i finally get through they pick up and put me on hold for another hour not even taking my order down. <br> i then receive my order only to find out the chicken is burnt chips stale and the they got the one order completely wrong .<br> customer service is pathetic honestly.<br> <br> <br>
