Disgusted

Well where do I begin, a few weeks back I called mochachoes to place an prder and asked for a delivery I was 1km out of range and offered to pay for the extra km and I was told no and the manager or owner dropped the call in my ear, I called the branch back and placed my order with disgust once again and advised the manager for future she should learn telephonic ethics and people s****s as I am a customer.

Today I sent my dad for an order to the branch and he specifies no tomatoe is to be put in the sandwich as my mum that's sick in bed is allergic to tomatoe, he gets home upon feeding my mum luckily I checked and found the tomatoe. My dad called the branch and advised the owner (Mohammed) that he is a very upset and disatisfied customer and will be taking the matter to head office as the service is disgusting. Mohammed then raises his voice and challenges my dad by saying do what you wish and ill do what I want as well as you threatening me to go to head office and social media so you do just that.

This is a owner and his in no way appologetic what so ever noy even the slightest. I have read other reviews of which the owners and management team has been rude as well, I feel that rock village owners should be bared from they license to operate as they are serving customers and they have no people s****s what so ever
