Disgust with dealing with Mochachos

6 March i placed a big food order. 1. I could not hear properly on the phone as the staff member of Mochachos had an accent and i had to numerous ask - \excuse me"! 2. She did not know the menu that well and i struggled to understand what she was saying yes and no to. 3 I asked how long food would take - she said 35min...time of call was about 11:06. 4. I left work 12:45 waiting for them to deliver"
