Disgraceful service @ mochachos estcourt

Most pathetic service we have ever experienced. We decided to go to mochachos for our year end lunch at the shell ultra city estcourt today. We placed our orders and seated ourselves. 45 minutes later we check with the lady at the counter only to realise that they had forgotten our order. We remained patient and the food eventually arrived without utensils. We went back to ask for those. The food was horribly cold and once again we asked politely for them to redo the meals as we did not want to spoil our mood for the day out. They packed my husbands meal TO GO rather and it was half the meal that was ordered.

The people were constantly walking to the counter to complain about time wasted waiting for their meals. A friend from estcourt had been waiting two and a half hours and was told he cannot have his money back because HALF the order was already cooked. In 2.5 hours!!!

Pathetic service and very negative unhappy staff absolute disgrace! Never going back there again and I do not recommend that anyone else does
