DISAPPOINTING SERVICE AND COLD FOOD

My wife placed an order for collection at 12:15 to be collected at 13:15 at Mochachos The Zone, Rosebank. We arrived to collect our order at 13:15 where we were told that they are just finishing off our order and it will be done soon. After waiting an additional 20 minutes, we received our food which was cold. We did not even receive an apology for the delay in our order which took an hour and 20 minutes to prepare. Extremely disappointing service and I would recommend that you rather eat somewhere else.
