Disappointed

This is my favourite place for chicken. I usually get good service but lately it has been a disappointment. I waited a good 45minutes for my order,.. No communication from the guys by the till.. They were having a good conversation and laughing away and not motivating kitchen staff to pick up the pace. What an annoying experience. Something has to be done about the waiting time.
