Disappointed

<p>On the 29/01/2017 I went to buy food at Mochachos Heidelberg Mall I put in my order and when I had to pay I asked him if I can pay by card and add some cash so the guy said its not a problem he took my card but the card machine gave an error message he than tried it again and it did the same,so I gave him cash when i got to work I checked my remaining blance it showed thta the R100 went off i than went back to the store and told the guy so he said there isnt anything to show that the money went off cause his card machine didnt print a slip so I left came back to work and called Hauwei card deparment and asked them to check if there is something wrong with my card she than told me my card is fine and that the R100 did go off,she advised me to go on www.whatsonmycard.com it will show me where I last used my card I did that and it showed that I last used my card at Mochachos Heidelberg Mall I then went back to the store and showed the guy that the money did go off but still he didnt whant to listen and he gave me attitude and said theres nothing he can do, i paid R217.18 for a meal of R117.18...i love the food there and all but after today I just feel disappointed on the servise I got :( I just whant My R100 back...</p>
