Customer Service - NON EXISTENT

I have posted this review on Google reviews and decided to paste it for head office to see. Nobody even bothers to adress the service at this place according to previous reviews.

27 May 2023 - 'I ordered food through uber from Mochachos Menlyn. It arrived an hour and a half later I ordered food through uber from Mochachos Menlyn. It arrived an hour and a half later. But hey, im hungry and really looking forward to a Mochachos Schwarma...so i wait. When it got here , The food was as COLD as the inside of my FREEZER. The milkshake was WATER....WATER!!!! We phoned the manager who obviously have NO IDEA ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE ...JOHNY. He said i must call uber as it is NOT HIS PROBLEM. I MUST SORT IT OUT WITH THEM. LISTEN VERY PROPERLY JOHNY BOY....when you log the complaint with uber they will contact you via EMAIL within 30 days!!!! I am HUNGRY NOW!!!!!!! I have paid YOU AND YOU ARE MOST COMFORTABLE TO SEND ME ON MY WAY EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED AND GO ABOUT AS IF THIS HAPPENS ON A DAILY BASIS. I AM NOT SUPPOSE TO BE FIGURING IT OUT BETWEEN YOU AND UBER HOW TO PLEASE THE CUSTOMER. THATS RIGHT I AM THE CUSTOMER. YOU HAVE THEIR NUMBER...YOU PHONE THEM AND YOU SORT IT OUT IMMEDIATELY. You are using them as your delivery source and if the problem is with them and not the restaurant...YOU FIGURE IT OUT. I believe my order laid there and rot while you just dont give a ****!!!!!!!!!!!! I will say It AGAIN '**** YOU FOR *****ING MY MONEY AND ****ING UP MY ENTIRE EVENING!!!!!!'
