Customer service? No, we rather give you burned chicken and shift the blame to our delivery partner

Hi, on 7 November 2023, I reported that a received burned chicken and chips which I ordered from you Mochachos in Centurion Mall. t date, this matter is not resolved, instead, the so called store manager, phoned me to come to the store, when I arrived there, she offered me a quarter leg and chips, to which I refused and instead, opted for refund. She phoned someone who calls himself a manager, who then told me straight that if i want to complain, then i must contact uber eats. I dont understand, why was i called to come to store? I wasted my petrol, just to be told where to get off? I noticed that this is only done to black customers, my indian friend got refunded. Anyway, I must say that I trusted this store, but now I know that they dont give a F about their customers. So I contacted uber eats, it was interesting to expect uber eats to apologise on behalf of mochachos because mochachos sold us burned meat and refused to take responsibility for their own mess. lWhat did I learn here? That my friends and family will never eat from this store, otherwise I would have failed them. Thank you and bye!
