Customer service is poor

The chicken was burned beyond recognition and they didn't bother with serviettes. When I came to pick up the food the girl just pushed it towards me and continued with a conversation with her friends, didn't bother to ask if I didn't need anything further. For what they are charging you would expect better service!

The only silver lining was the play area that the kids enjoyed, apart from that it was a terrible experience
