Cream soda issues

We regularly order Mochachoes. Previously I've ordered Jos? meals for the kids and was told that there is no juice but they will replace with a cream soda. Upon inspecting my receipt I noted that cream sodas were charged for. It's this a scheme to sell extra cold drinks? I didn't take action previously, howevet today's delivery warrants this post. <br> I was told that they'd send a cream soda but they delivered with a coke. We don't drink coke.. furthermore the can is damaged badly. It's inconvenient to go to the store right now. Please rectify these issues urgently.
