****py food, ****py service

i ordered 5 burgers all of which had 2.drops of mayo. I asked for additional sauce to be put on 3 of the burgers. The lady Patience who served us grabbed the plate dropping the hot chips off the plate and started shouting in the kitchen that these customers want more sauce,this is how we make the burgers. I ignored that stupid rant. later i took another burger for more sauce.and tbia time the manager Aleck came to tell me the burger haf sauce and lettuce and a whole bunch of **** and that the burger was made with enough sauce. Im addition to that I had to pay R6.90 for extra sauce. The freakin idiot refuse to aknowledge they didnt put enough sauce in the first place. apparently if there is luttuc3 on the burger then there is enough sauce. also you mot allowed to eat the food nefore complaining at machachos east rand. At that br according to the manager Aleck.you must open the burger throw everything off and check. if you dont do that before eating you must not complain. Well done Machachos.... you have redefined the way the way customer service work and perhaps the expectation that a massive poster advertising a burger from your franchise is nothing but false advertising, well unlesd ofcourse you first open the burger before eating and checking....

what a pathetic way of selling prepared food. There are so many eating places that provide better service... I can only hope other customers avoid your ****py service place and you go bankrupt so that that space can be occupied by a better food outlet.
