consistently bad service

I have tried complaining on their website but have not had a response - great tasting food but surly staff, every week they are out of stock of rump - they only serve chicken and rump and burgers how difficult can it be to have stock - especially on a Friday night?? The other favourite is that the credit card machine does not work - cash only. The Northcliff branch is great but Weltevreden is poor
