Complaint

The service I received today in Newcastle mochachos was apolling to say the least, the amount of professionalism the staff has is zero, the chef in the kitchen don't care about customer complaints, they speak in their own vernacular about customers and r very rude. The cashier rolled her eyes when I was complaining about my order and showed absolutely no empathy or remorse and didn't seem to care about my feelings.. Please address this matter as this really ****ing small businesses and the reputation of the franchise.
