CLOSE DOWN CHARLSWALD MOCHACHOS

I called in my order at 12:35pm on Friday so that I wouldn't have to wait. They only processed my order when I got there. Then they only started making my order when I queried where is my food. This was now already 30min after I had arrived there. I specifically asked for extra spice on the burger and chips (hot) when I finally received my meals and got back to the office it was lemon and herb without cheese in the burgers as ordered and paid for and the chips looked like a dogs breakfast. This is not the first time and the service just seems to get worst and worst. This store should be shut down as they are doing the brand a huge injustice.
