Chimichanga mess

I enjoy a Mochachos chimichanga so much, but for some reason, every time I order, its delivered messy to me. I guess its safe to say that no one at Mochachos knows how to make a chimichanga. It's burnt, in a very big take away as if it's a family meal,and it's in pieces. I do not think that I will ever order a chimichanga again, horrible experience. I want my money back
