Beyond poor service

Extremely bad service at Northgate. I took my family and I was so embarrassed in front of my kids. My wife kept saying I should not complain in front of the kids, but I could not. First we bout a family feast meal. We are a family of 5. We bought a 2liter coke with it and got 2 glasses. When we asked for more. We were told, management has a you break you pay policy, we can't have more. After begging, we got 2 more. We had to share glasses. Then food came, we got, 2 metal forks 2 metal knifes and 2 Plastic forks, just the plate of food and not side/dishing plates. We again begged for them. Then we called the manager for more cutlery as we could not share anymore. When we finished eating, we were told to get up and go get the take-away plates ourselves. As we where dishing food into a take away, the manager was already clearing the table for us to leave, promising other customers that they get our seats. I have never experienced such bad treatment. It would have been fine if it was just me. But in front of my family, I felt degraded. I think this was my last meal there.
