Bedford view mochachos ,poor hygiene protocol

Hi there. Firstly I would like to applaud mochachos new redruth for hygienic practice and great service.

Now to the issue at hand . Mochachos Bedford view has really disappointed me ,the hygiene practices of the staff are completely disgusting. I bought food from them today and was sickened by the lack of hygiene protocols that was displayed by the staff , including the manager who walked around with out a mask inbetween guests with no care in the world , talking on his phone and coughing as if it's something normal at this stage in the pandemic as it is law to wear a mask .which I will report as well. The cashiers withouth masks on there face just around the neck while serving me ,picking there nose regularly and touching our food as if we wouldn't notice .... I have family to take this food home too,how do you expect me to give them this food after what I have witnessed.. I have recorded the manager and staff in the act and will be posting the video on all platforms once I have edited my family member off it .... After receiving my food I have thrown it away and will no longer be buying food from mochachos Bedford view...I simply could not risk my families health at this point ... I jumped in my car and drove to mochachos in new redruth where I have recieved great hygienic service .... TO ANYONE THAT READS THIS I WOULD RECOMMEND YOU GO TO MOCHACHOS IN NEW REDRUTH ALBERTON...

I have loved mochachos for as love as I remember, especially there dynamite flavour option. I buy from mochachos aleast five or six times a month and I'm so distraught writing this review ,but I cannot overlook the way I have been served ... I DO NOT EXPECT TO RECEIVE ANY FEEDBACK FROM THE HEAD OFFICE OR ANY COMPENSATION AT ALL JUDGING BY PAST POST ON HERE ....I JUST WANT TO ALERT FELLOW *****S OF MOCHACHO TO PLEASE USE A BETTER BRANCH OR NONE AT ALL...

Thank you for reading as this has saddened me to write ,I love mochachos but not at the cost of being unsafe and unsure of the health of myself and my family ....
